Rawhiti Manuka Honi began 8 years ago in The Bay of Islands. We started beekeeping with a goal of creating a Honeybee Sanctuary. 160 fruit trees & 100 natives later we evolved into Micro-Farmers. Stage Two is the development & production of Yacon Syrup, a functional food that has a prebiotic benefit for superior gut health.
